Home Staging Consultation:  This is perfect for the “do-it-yourself” type who requires the objective eye of a professional home stager and the detailed direction to make updates and changes that will attract buyers and offers!  We will spend 2-3 hours with you to assess your home from front to back and top to bottom.  We walk through your home as a buyer would and gather those all-important “first impressions” to develop a Sellers Advantage Home Staging Action Plan for you to achieve the “model home” look on your own.  A detailed follow-up report and the Action Plan will be provided within 48 hours of the consultation.   

Half or Full Day - Home Staging for ReSale:  Let us do the work for you!  We will meet with you and develop an Action Plan to turn your home into a “buyers dream”.  Home Staging involves rearranging existing furniture and accessories and bringing in additional designer accessories and/or furniture, within your budget, to showcase the selling features of your home.  We take “after” photos for you or your agents’ marketing efforts and to provide you a visual to maintain this look throughout the selling process. **We also offer Open House and New Listing preparation. 

Home Staging “Top 10” Priority Report:  This package is recommended for homes that are well on their way to being ready for market.  After an initial 1-2 hour consultation, a customized, written report will be prepared that identifies the Top 10 items the homeowner needs to address that will increase the value of their home to potential buyers and provide the biggest return on investment.  How-To instructions, pictures and resources are included in the report which will be provided within 48 hours of the consultation. 

Redesign Services for Everyday Living:  Not moving, but need design assistance? Redesign is an affordable way to achieve that designer look!  We focus on a specific room of the home where you would design and decorating assistance.  Using what you already own, we rearrange furnishings, art, lighting, and accessories to achieve a fresh, new look.  We can also provide suggestions for paint color, textiles and additional furnishings and accessories to help you create the look and feel you desire in your home.
